Pre-Listing Inspections
This inspection takes place prior to a property being put up for sale. Pantec Engineering will carefully inspect the property to identify any potential issues that can arise during the potential sale of the property. Depending on the findings of an inspection we can provide estimated costs for repairs of each issue. This information can be used to price the house properly or to help you better negotiate with potential buyers as they will try to use issues that arise to make you lower your asking price. Another route is making crucial repairs yourself to increase the worth of the house and to not scare away potential buyers who do not want to deal with uncertainties. Some issues seem worse than they are to potential home buyers so it can be a good idea to just be proactive and get them repaired to make the process of selling your house go smoother.
